Description
This one and a half day workshop will encompass a review of relevant bioinformatics tools available through the Genome Canada Bioinformatics Platform in Calgary with specific emphasis on custom tools and services developed for the DOTM project. Specific discussion will be directed at customization required for DOTM end users, the use of the DOTM portal to access and exchange data as well as any specific security requirements required. This Workshop is free.
